TERMS & CONDITIONS / CLIENT AGREEMENT
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Please note that all purchases are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind, missed appointments, or inability to attend sessions.
- All treatments and packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Payment & Installment Terms
- Installment payments are kindly required to be completed within 30 days.
- If payments are delayed, services may be temporarily paused until the balance is settled.
- In such cases, sessions may be adjusted according to standard single-session pricing.
Service Validity
- All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- We kindly encourage clients to complete their sessions within the validity period.
- Any unused sessions after expiry may no longer be redeemable.
Medical Disclaimer
- Our treatments are cosmetic and wellness-based services only.
- Clients are kindly requested to share accurate health and medical information before treatment.
- We encourage clients to consult a medical professional if they have any concerns prior to treatment.
Liability Notice
- Treatments are undertaken with client consent and understanding.
- Results may vary from person to person depending on individual body response.
- While we always aim to provide the best possible care, we cannot guarantee specific results.
Appointment Policy
- We kindly request clients to arrive on time for their appointments.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
- Missed appointments may lead to session deductions.
