TERMS & CONDITIONS / CLIENT AGREEMENT

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Please note that all purchases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, missed appointments, or inability to attend sessions.
  • All treatments and packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

Payment & Installment Terms

  • Installment payments are kindly required to be completed within 30 days.
  • If payments are delayed, services may be temporarily paused until the balance is settled.
  • In such cases, sessions may be adjusted according to standard single-session pricing.

Service Validity

  • All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • We kindly encourage clients to complete their sessions within the validity period.
  • Any unused sessions after expiry may no longer be redeemable.

Medical Disclaimer

  • Our treatments are cosmetic and wellness-based services only.
  • Clients are kindly requested to share accurate health and medical information before treatment.
  • We encourage clients to consult a medical professional if they have any concerns prior to treatment.

Liability Notice

  • Treatments are undertaken with client consent and understanding.
  • Results may vary from person to person depending on individual body response.
  • While we always aim to provide the best possible care, we cannot guarantee specific results.

Appointment Policy

  • We kindly request clients to arrive on time for their appointments.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
  • Missed appointments may lead to session deductions.
